Direction for Use

Take one sachet daily.

Consume 30 minutes before meals (empty stomach) for best results (NOTE: Take product 5 minutes after meals if you have a sensitive stomach or gastric).

Advisable to take coffee or tea 2 hours after consuming product because it will affect the absorption of nutrients.

Advisable to take western medicine 2 hours after consuming product.

Shake well before consume.
